Botanical Breast Enhancement: Guide

Herbal Breast Enhancement Blog: Archive 2021

Updated herb schedule for luteal phase

Herb schedule for luteal phase was updated. This herb schedule is based on acne, bloating/swelling, and for when none of these signs are occurring.

Mild hirsutism

She has mild hirsutism and acne is a common occurence for her. Acne can easily be reduced.

Breastfeeding

There's some progress on breast enhancement for an offline program for breastfeeding. Negative symptoms for mood and acne have also lowered. Additional care has to be taken, because herbs can interrupt breastfeeding and start menses.

Hirsutism and body enhancement

An email address didn't go through, through my error on the HTML form. It took me a while to see the mistake I made. I'm so sorry. My error was also an inconvenience for me. The message went through, and I started documention on a program for it, which the entry was eventually archived to hirsutism2111 (based on the year and month). It was intentionally intended as hirsutism05, then was moved up a few times. I wanted to keep hirsutism programs in consecutive order, based on the order that they're done. I would have liked to continue the program, but it's ok that it hasn't been. Still open to the possibility. If this program were to be restarted, a new page would be the basis of this archived page.

Herbs with primarily phytoprogestin properties

Herbs and edible oils that contain phytoprogestins, and aren't estrogenic include: wild yam, saw palmetto, olive oil and coconut oil. Fennel is also in this category, but it contains other phyto-hormones that seem to affect LH or FSH or promote menstruation. Black seed (Nigella sativa) has similar phytohormones to fennel.

Start a program

Happy to start personal programs for anyone for treating hirsutism, for lowering heavy menses, for hormone balance, for hip growth, and for breast enlargement. Pictures not necessary, but welcome. Please use the contact form. So far, symptoms of hirsutism has been consistently improved.

Hip growth; hormone balance

Focus needs to be prioritized to reproductive health and hip growth. Breast growth should be secondary to this. It's difficult to solely focus on breast growth without taking into account of hip growth. Temporary growth and swelling have been misleading before, as additional hormonal effects occur after this. Breasts are capable of producing estrogen, which can interfere with hip growth, and with estrogen sensitivity of the reproductive tract. For menses and proliferative phases, minimal amounts of herbs/seeds will be used mainly for improving hormone symptoms. Sesame's use will be adjusted. Hops and thistle need to be limited to luteal phase, when there's acne.

Opensource textbooks

Opensource (free) digital textbooks in math, business and economics. Openstax offered another set of college textbooks, which was mentioned in a past blog post.

Convenient cooking appliances

Convenient way to prepare foods. Slow cookers take a few hours to cook food. The slow cooker in the picture must be manually turned off. Rice cookers are useful for preparing rice, pasta and other foods which have a specific moisture texture. Induction cookers require the right cookware to work. Cast iron, cast iron coated with enamel/porcelain, and other specialized cookware will work with it. Cookware must have an induction symbol on the packaging for it to be expected to work with an induction cooktop.

Fat soluble vitamins

Fat soluble vitamins concentrate where they are digested or used. Use fat soluble vitamin supplements less often, perhaps no more than twice a week. Fat soluble vitamins include A, E, D and K. Vitamin C can be used daily because it is water soluble.

Still doing work on NBE

Still working on a few herbal breast enhancement programs, which haven't been updated online.

About swelling

The most consistent ways for growth, is to take recommendations for the first few doses of a phase, plus when acne, breast elongation or brown spotting occur. This may require more patience, as acne and signs like this may occur less often, as estrogen response improves. Swelling, swelling shape and bloating require more care for keeping gains. When breast swelling shape occurs, there's a higher potential for a reversal of gains.

About plateauing

There is a lot of consistency in evidence based results from the same herb doses for symptoms and according to time of phase, but there are slight variances in body chemistry for different women. Sometimes supplements come in different strengths as well. When there's a plateau for proliferative and luteal phases, lots of saw palmetto and wild yam can be taken to cause acne. It's better to use at least a minimal amount of both saw palmetto and wild yam per day. When acne occurs during these phases, minimal sesame and lots of sunflower can be used once to cause an estrogenic result. Then progestogenic herbs can be used to cause growth.

Menses phase update

For menses, after the first dose and likely other times, minimal sunflower and 10 sesame seeds can reduce spotting, including brown spotting. 10 sesame and 3 sunflower is also useful for lowering bloating and acne for this phase. Also, will check if hops can be left out for the first dose of menses, considering that unwanted signs can be countered by using minimal sunflower and sesame after the first dose.

Estrogenic properties of hops and thistles

Hops has phytoestrogens that target ER-alpha in the breasts which circulates continuously in the body. Anecdotally, thistles seems to behave like this towards ER-beta receptors. It explains why these have a powerful and continuous estrogen effect that lasts for days. At times, it extends a needed estrogenic effect. However, at other times, hops or thistles interferes with the body's estrogen production and causes desensitization.

Supplement efficacy

In one program, the effects of a supplement didn't work completely as expected. It's likely the strength of this supplement was diluted for its intended use. A progesterone effect that is consistent with coconut oil, olive oil, wild yam or saw palmetto wasn't achieved noticeably with a saw palmetto supplement. Proliferative phase has passed by faster in the program Hirsutism04, because the herb combinations required a higher phyto-progestin presence. When, coconut or olive oil was taken with this supplement, the expected result occurred more consistently.

Herb schedule update

Herb schedules were improved and work more consistently for proliferative phase, secretory phase, and with BCP use. There is more gradual growth, and less temporary fluctuations. The BCP herb schedule mirrors proliferative and secretory schedules, based on symptoms. The schedules are also better organized. In these programs, progesterone response is focused on, after estrogen response is started or sustained. Breast wideness and hip growth are focused on.

Updated theory on progesterone response for herb schedule

Focus on primarily on progesterone response, then secondarily on estrogen response for proliferative and luteal phases. Aim for breast widening and hip growth, rather than breast elongation. Overbust measurement may go down, but see that there's more tissue gained from width. Limit sunflower and/or sesame seed used with other herb proportions to: the first doses of a phase, once in the mornings, when there's acne, when there's breast swelling, and when there's bloating. Use no more than 10 sesame seeds at a time, when needed. The rest will depend on using saw palmetto, wild yam, olive oil or coconut oil. Fenugreek will be used when needed. For menses, avoid using high amounts of phyto-progestin herbs, and stay with minimal amounts of sesame.

Progesterone balance

In these programs, estrogenic response from the hips and breasts seem to interfere with each other. At first, there will be growth, then there will be fluctuations as each produce estrogen that interferes. High amounts of sunflower and sesame are useful for when estrogen response is not high enough, such as when there's acne, or for the first doses of proliferative or secretory phases. The balance should be more towards progesterone, enough estrogen, and some androgens. When there's more body tissue to convert androgens into estrogens, less sunflower and sesame are needed. Higher amounts of sunflower and sesame are needed to kickstart estrogen production, when there's too much hormones for the body to convert. There should be enough progesterone, and the right amount of conversion for estrogen balance.

Hirsutism04

Current program for treating hirsutism and increasing hip size.

Anon08: consistent growth

Anon08's, who is in her early 40's, overbust has grown about 1 cm per month. By a different measure, about a cup size per month. Her starting cup size was 30DD UK and overbust was 88cm in January. Hip size was 88cm. By February, her overbust was 89cm, and later of that month, her cupsize was 30E UK.

Herbs similar to fenugreek

Shatavari (Asparagus), suma (Hebanthe), maca (Lepidium), Passionflower (Passiflora) and kudzu (Pueraria) have similarities to fenugreek (Trigonella), that they contain both phyto-progestins and phyto-estrogens. Their properties likely vary, so they may require a different proportion or a different variation of companion herbs. These herbs are likely to be useful in the amounts and times when fenugreek can be used.

NBE guide

Basic guide, and pointers to get started with botanical breast enlargement: how to make tea, avoiding metabolic edibles, updated herbal breast enhancement programs. This also contains important information for those who are already on a breast enhancement program. There's information on: hirsutism, hip growth, massage and topicals.

Luteal phase program

Proportions and when to use certain doses was greatly improved for luteal phase. Sesame is lowered to 10 seeds when used. Sunflower amounts can be increased. Fenugeek should stay at 1 seed. Bloating symptoms can be treated similarly to acne symptoms. Parts of a recent program showing minor bust growth here, and reduction of bloating and acne symptoms.

About BCP use

When birth control pill (BCP) is used, it's possible that secretory phase doesn't occur. Approach with caution. Don't use hops, or thistles when you're uncertain about the phase which is typically the time secretory occurs. Part of a program on birth control use is documented here.

Adjustment of sesame use

Here are important recent adjustments on dietary proportions and topical use. For the first teas of a phase, sesame is lowered to 10 seeds, so additional estrogen production from the breast doesn't interfere with estrogen sensitivity of the hips and reproductive tract. When hops isn't used, sesame can optionally be omitted to focus on hip growth. This is to assist the body to produce its natural hormones for that phase. For the first dose and for the rest of the phase, lower sesame to 10 seeds, perhaps to 5 seeds. Less than 5 sesame seeds may be too low for its effects to be noticeable.

Topical use

Avoid using topicals (phyto-progestins, phyto-estrogens and lignans) on the hip area, as the effects on the surface may under-represent hormonal effects on the reproductive tract. Normally when hips grow, it's expected to be representative of reproductive health. Through dietary means, the effects of herbs are expected to provide the same effects on ER-beta whether on the reproductive tract or hips. Topicals can still be used on the bust, because it's farther away, and the hormonal effects are expected to be the same throughout on the lower body. Topical use, should also be limited to secretory phase, and be used complementary to the herb schedule.

Maca; Lepidium meyenii

Maca has properties which are likely beneficial to herbal breast enhancement. On paper, its phytohormone properties are similar to fenugreek's. Therefore, its use should be limited to when fenugreek is used, and in similar amounts to fenugreek. In addition, maca is beneficial to lessen metabolic tissue loss. Maca is also already well known for its nutritional value.
