Update on effective herbal breast enlargement programs

The herb program of proliferative01 causes breast and hip growth. This program also reduces body hair and improves scalp hair. The newer variation of this is more difficult to follow, and requires better timing. The previous variation works.

Other parts of the previous programs have worked before. The more recent herb schedule of Hops01 more often caused temporary breast swelling. Adjustments need to be worked on, based on previous herb schedules, to cause sustained gains.

The part of the herb schedule for menses, is intended to lower menstruation intensity, more than it is for bust growth.

Hirsutism02 journal

Her hair conditions improved: body hair lowered, and scalp hair has grown back. There were noticeable but minor gains in breast and hip size.

Jellie's breast growth

Before and after of Jellie's breast growth, from about 1 month on a herb program. Latest picture is of February 10, 2020. She also had described hip growth, that is not shown in pictures.

Effective herbal breast enlargement programs

The herb programs hops01 and proliferative01 cause breast and hip growth. These programs also reduce body hair and improve scalp hair.

These versions of the herb program were suggested from early this year, in the journal programs of Jellie and hirsutism02. Hirsutism and alopecia were effectively treated in hirsutism02. The herb program anon03 also had parts of these herb schedules from last year. The basic outline of this herb program was around much sooner.

Basic programs Jellie and anon02 have recent photographic evidence of efficacy of natural breast enlargement. Anon02's program is no longer recommended, and is replaced with better herb programs. Anon05's program has images of growth early on in the program which plateaued, and she has expressed interest in trying a program at a later time. Anon05 actually made breast enlargement gains before the first picture of her blog from information on this website.

New breast enlargement programs: April 2020

New herbal breast enlargement programs.

[1] program [is] without BCP use. The composite program [hops01] allows individual entries by different people with similar cases to show results from specific herb combinations for different times of the menstrual cycle.

Hops

Hops can act as an irritant

Handling or ingesting hops during proliferative or ovulation can cause hormone imbalances. Everyone should avoid hops for this part of the cycle. It was already established that ingesting hops during this time causes breast shrinkage and lowered estrogen response. While hops typically improves mood, during proliferative, it is likely to cause irritability.

Humulus can also act as a serious irritant especially during proliferative and ovulation. Some show allergic reactions to hops, even by touch, so this may be the time where its symptoms can be worse.

Sunflower seed and wheat bread seemed to cause a minor improvement from allergic-like symptoms. Sunflower did improve hormone balance slightly, as was expected during proliferative.

Investigating replacements for hops

Looking into valerian and passionfruit as partial replacements for hops. They have similar properties based on mood. It is underinvestigated if their effects on GABA and mood has to do with an influence on prolactin. There is not enough information on the prenylflavonoid content on passionfruit, and the flavonoid content in valerian. There is a similarity in valerian that it can cause skin sensitivity, like hops. Valerian and passionfruit should likely be avoided during proliferative phase, like hops.

Fig is another plant to investigate. Certain figs have hormonal properties for being used for galactagogues and preventing miscarriages. There are also anti-inflamatory properties of figs. Figs contain lignans, and flavonoids which need to be further investigated.

Then again, valerian, passionfruit and figs may not be suitable for NBE. Valerian has major contraindications with NBE herbs.

The type of prenylflavonoid matters, in what the receptors it will target and the effect.

Black cohosh is not of interest, because it doesn't lower FSH levels. The implications of lowering LH and not FSH, give caution to it. If there would be a time to use black cohosh, it would only be during mid secretory phase. It may lower hot-flashes for those who have it during premenstrual, but lowering hot-flashes would only be a symptom.

Beets is worth looking in to, but there isn't enough information available on the phytohormone content of it.

Milkthistle is a partial substitute for hops, but it's effects are mainly on ERβ.

Anethole & estragole

Anisoles and its polymers include: anethole, dianethole, photoanethole and estragole.

Spearmint (Mentha), peppermint (Mentha), basil (Ocimum), fennel (Foeniculum), anise (Pimpenella), black seed (Nigella) and dill (Anethum) contain anisoles as active hormonal constituents. Based on anecdotal information from spearmint's and fennel's actions, anethole, dianethole and estragole are likely ERα selective.

Isoestragole and transanethole are other names for anethole. Estragole and anethole are isomers. Dianethole and photoanethole are polymers of anethole.

High amounts of these phytohormones are unsafe.

Stibenes are related to anisoles, and include: tamoxifen, stilbene and stilbestrol. Stilbene is another term for transtilbene. Many known stilbenes are estrogen receptor antagonists.
