Super Bazongas: Upcoming

Adjustments to proliferative phase, to limit herb dose containing fenugreek to once. This suggestion was in a recent past herb schedule. The results have been inconsistent as proliferative phase requires more precise use of herbs, and it is more difficult to find a suitable herb combination than for other phases.

Other tweeks to herb schedule.

Super Bazongas: August update

Super Bazongas has been updated on August 7, 2019.

Fennel is in schedule. Limit the amount of its use. Other herbs compensate for fennel's potential negative effects. Fennel is generally safe and used as a spice in cooking. Cooked brown rice can be taken with fennel.

Super Bazongas: July update

Super Bazongas has been updated on July 7, 2019.

Super Bazongas: draft

Super Bazongas, volume 2, is being worked on. This requires volume 1, breast-endocrinology.pdf.

Super Bazongas: draft

Super Bazongas draft is released as volume 2, and it will require volume 1 [, Breast Development and Endocrinology]. Herb schedule is edited, but same herb combinations will be used as basis.

Super Bazongas herb schedule comments

The ovarian follicle produces inhibin which is then capable of balancing hormones ([the follicle] absorbs FSH, while raising estrogen levels) for improving health. By the time of mid-proliferative phase, the ovarian follicle is usually developed, and producing sufficient inhibin. The current herb schedule for proliferative phase should be used sparingly, and only for those who aleady have hormonal balance.

Adding more fennel can probably improve this. The herb combination with evening primrose for proliferative phase is recommended once, but it is better to use herbs for proliferative less often than that. It is also better to take olive oil as already suggested, and to use evening primrose on a full stomach to slow down its absorption into the body. Without taking the full herbal combination (fennel, spearmint and sunflower) which sustain results and improve health, taking evening primrose by itself is pointless and counter-productive.

Super Bazongas herb schedule comments

Base herb combinations for menstruation will remain the same. Amounts and timing of herbs for menstruation may be adjusted. Full combination for menstruation has worked, and is expected to work consistently at least once. This full base combination is needed to maintain balanced and positive results.

Herbs for proliferative may need to be adjusted. Evening primrose typically comes in amounts which are too high than needed. The schedule does work for causing breast growth. Without evening primrose, there are herb combinations that work for those with normal or high estrogen, but not consistently for those with low estrogen. The full herb combination with evening primrose, requiring fennel, spearmint and sunflower, usually takes until the next day, that's under a day for the body to balance hormones. After they balance, the follicle is then likely capable of balancing hormones for improving health. Adding more fennel can probably improve this. There are more herb combinations that work during secretory. The herb schedule for menstruation has often worked here, and should work here. During mid-secretory, the herb combination for proliferative phase, should also work here. The herbs amounts surrounding chasteberry may need to be adjusted. Vitex will remain at a minimal dose. Chasteberry requires more prolactin raising herbs like hops. Clover is also a prolactin raising herb, but hops is recommended. Clover needs a companion herb for consistency during secretory phase.

Super Bazongas Update

Use of sunflower seed with herb combinations during menstruation is conditional based on estrogen balance. Other minor changes were made.

Super Bazongas Update

Reduced use of combinations with evening primrose. Do not use when temperature is low. Focus on evening primrose on last release was for those with low estrogen, and it has caused breast growth for those with a healthy balance of hormones too. Temperature is likely a relevant indicator.

Need to reconfirm additional combinations to go with mint, hops and fenugreek. Will reconfirm the combination of clover requiring mint, hops, fenugreek and wild yam for menstruation and secretory. A combination with clover and missing any herb from that combination, is likely to provide inconsisent effects. Clover alone does not cause breast growth, except maybe during mid-secretory phase.

Added theory for herb use during secretory phase.

Super Bazongas Update

Herb schedule was adjusted according to results from program blogs and simplified.

There were minor changes to the rest of the botanical section.

Super Bazongas Update

Minor update for proliferative phase, with explanation. The suggestion for proliferative phase from the January 9th update has also worked.

Herb schedule was simplified.

Fenugreek will substitute for wild yam during menstruation. Wild yam and fennel are not specific to breast tissue receptors. Shatavari (Asparagus) is yet to be investigated as a co-herb for fenugreek. Asparagus has a similar effect as fenugreek, but asparagus' constituents are corticosteroids, so this may possibly provide antagonistic action. Milk thistle isn't included in the herb schedule, because of its inconsistent results on ERα.

Upcoming Potential eBook Updates

Going to check if milk thistle (Silybum) makes a good antagonist (co-herb) for hops (Humulus). 8PN from hops is an estrogen simile, that targets ERα, and silymarin is not an estrogen simile that has a reputation for targeting breast tissue as a lactogogue. The potential herb combination for menstruation will be: hops (Humulus), mint (Mentha) and thistle (Silybum) together as tea.

Will also test if fenugreek will be a better substitute for wild yam during menstruation. Wild yam and fennel are not specific to breast tissue receptors. Shatavari (Asparagus) will be investigated as a co-herb for fenugreek. For late menstruation, the potential herb combination will be: hops, mint, milk thistle, fenugreek, clover and asparagus. Fenugreek and clover have worked, but it may need mint and hops for better consistency.

These herb combinations are largely unconfirmed. Will also attempt to simplify herb schedule.

Super Bazongas was last updated on November 28, 2018:

Wild yam use adjusted for menstruation. Herbs suggested according to combinations that work together by targeting the same receptor subtype. Adjustments were made based on program blogs. Removed suggestion for selenium supplements.

Removed suggestion for selenium supplements.

Upcoming herb schedule update coming soon

There will be an upcoming herb schedule update for the ebook. Wild yam will be moved back to later during menstruation. The herb schedule for proliferative phase will be adjusted. And for secretory phase, there will be an adjustment based on the herb program blogs.

Potential Herb Schedule Updates

Mint and hops have worked together during menstruation for breast growth. Hops targets estrogen receptors in the breast, and mint seems to target receptors in the breast too. These two herbs don't usually work alone, but they need to available at the same time to work.

Wild yam has worked, but it seemed to work consistently after mint and hops have caused growth. It seems to target progesterone receptors in the reproductive tract, and possibly in the breast. Wild yam lacks an antagonist herb for the reproductive tract. Going to investigate whether sunflower will pair with wild yam during menstruation.

Then, going to check fenugreek and sunflower seed for early proliferative phase. After that, fenugreek and sunflower will be tried together with evening primrose and fennel. This is for purposes of nourishing the ovaries and attempting to increase estrogen output, for those who have estrogen deficiency.

Potential Herb Schedule Update for Proliferative

Selenium Supplementation Removed as Suggestion

Selenium supplementation was removed as a suggestion. It is a strong antioxidant, but it seems to cause weight loss. Get this nutrient from food or from a multivitamin.

Co-herbs

Hormones work better when there is antagonism or a combination of desired hormone effects on a receptor. When there is a lack of antagonism, desensitization is a problem, and effects can quickly cause the opposite of the intended effect. Receptor subtype matters for hormone response. Because of this, phytochemical selectivity of a hormone analog can have different effects. Antagonisms that work on the same receptor type or in the presence of normal body hormones usually produce a synergistic response.

Hops often requies mint. Clover and lavender often require fenugreek. Hops, however, does not work consistently with fenugreek. Fennel requires evening primrose. The efficacy of herb combinations also often depends on phase and part of a phase.

October 18 eBook Update

Updated Super Bazongas on October 18, 2018.

Fennel is not a good or consistent substitute for wild yam. Herb schedule for proliferative phase was simplified and it includes minimal amounts of mint.

Use of evening primrose with fennel was not included in herb schedule for menstruation.

Potential Herb Schedule Update

Potential upcoming update about evening primrose, fennel and mint.

For secretory phase and maybe menstruation phase, need to establish if evening primrose can largely replace mint. Mint raises LH, which also increases androgenic signs. Evening primrose consistently raises FSH, without raising LH, which during most times of the cycle increases estrogen.

Fennel lowers FSH, so it is not a good combination herb to use with mint, except during proliferative phase. Evening primrose is a candidate for use with fennel during secretory phase.

eBook September 24 Update

Updated Super Bazongas on September 24, 2018.

Fennel has worked before during menstruation, but it is not a good or consistent substitute for wild yam during that phase. Lavender won't work for menstruation nor early proliferative phase, because it increases the default hormonal property. The herb schedule for menstruation requires more precision than secretory phase.

eBook September Update

Updated Super Bazongas on September 1, 2018.

eBook Updates

Updated Super Bazongas. Removed lavender and fenugreek from menstruation. Removed suggestions for late premenstrual phase. If you have estrogen deficiency, avoid taking herbs for menstruation. Do not repeat a herb combination, until there is growth.

Latest update, removed lavender from early part of proliferative phase. Its use is not recommended with fenugreek during this phase. Lavender certainly works once estrogen increases for proliferative phase. Fenugreek can only be used before estrogen rises. Lavender and fenugreek don't work for everyone during early proliferative phase.

Breast Development and Endocrinology was also recently updated.

Herb Updates

Expecting mint (less than 250mg of solid form) with less than half the amounts each of hops and wild yam to work for menstruation. Fennel might possibly replace wild yam, and milk thistle might possibly replace hops. Herbs that sensitize hormone receptors behave like multipliers of the current hormonal state. During menstruation, androgen production by the ovary is heavy, so herbs that upregulate ER-beta will cause more androgenic responses. Hops targets ER-alpha, and it raises prolactin, meaning less androgenic actions on the reproductive tract. However, if hops is used alone without a herb that is estrogenic on ER-alpha, it will also cause androgenic responses. Mint and clover, for instance, will cause breast growth, and unwanted body hair, suggesting this combination is estrogenic on the breasts, but androgenic on the ovaries.

It is also possible that the combination of mint, hops and wild yam have worked during menstruation with the presence of estrogen from birth control pills. Birth control pills and progesterone cream, however, have the potential for increasing androgenic symptoms.

I saw acne as a sign for hop's use for potential breast growth. However, this only applies to secretory phase after a herb like chasteberry, fenugreek or likely suma by association: perhaps for their abilities to promote estrogen synthesis.

Updated Breast Development and Endocrinology ebook

Updated Breast Development and Endocrinology ebook. Old ebook oversimplied roles of FSH and LH. There was a small suggestion of their different roles, but it was not distinct enough.

Upcoming Important eBook Updates

Adjusting menstruation herb schedule: removing lavender from it. Hops and spearmint ideally of less than 150mg each have worked in the past, when used together, but this needs to be reconfirmed. A tea bag amount of spearmint is strongly androgenic, unlike smaller amounts. Wild yam in combination only has worked during this phase. Fenugreek is expected to work during menstruation. Going to investigate whether fenugreek and wild yam can be used to balance each other's properties.

Going to see if fennel can be used in place of wild yam. Wild yam's properties aren't always ideal to replace fennel.

Lavender is only expected to work consistently after mid-proliferative phase, during mid-secretory phase, and early premenstrual phase. Early proliferative phase is when there is no cervical mucus, or when cervical mucus is thick. Lavender has only worked when estrogen levels are dominant. Herbs that sensitize estrogen receptors, but raise prolactin, like hops, won't work during mid-proliferative phase.

Removing herb suggestion at beginning of proliferative phase, but instead suggesting to wait, until schedule can be improved. Keep suggestion of using primrose, to find the time when lavender and fennel can be used.

Removing all herb suggestions past mid-premenstrual phase.

If any dose of the herb schedule doesn't cause positive results with 30 minutes, or at least by the next day, that dose will not be expected to work.

Updated Breast Development and Endocrinology ebook. Old ebook oversimplied roles of FSH and LH. There was a small indication of their different roles, but it was not distinct enough.

Super Bazongas - August 5, 2018 update

Important updates.

Herbs that upregulate estrogen receptors only work after mid proliferative phase and during secretory phase. Early proliferative phase is when there is no cervical mucus, or when cervical mucus is thick. These herbs have only worked when estrogen levels are dominant.

Update on chasteberry use. Improvements on herb schedule to counter adverse symptoms.

If any dose of the herb schedule doesn't cause positive results with 30 minutes, or at least by the next day, that dose will not be expected to work.

Super Bazongas - August 2, 2018 upcoming update

Important update. Herbs suggested for proliferative phase, don't work and, in fact, cause problems during early proliferative phase. Early proliferative phase is when there is no cervical mucus, or when cervical mucus is thick. These herbs have only worked when estrogen levels are dominant.

Sunflower seeds do not cause problems if taken during early proliferative phase.

Super Bazongas - July 23, 2018 update

Elaborated on Menstrual Cycle. Moved menstruation back to being the first phase. Added theory on herb use for breast enhancement. New perspective of hormones during menstruation phase. Improved herbal schedule to reflect this.

Improved ratios of herbs for herb schedule. Proven breast enhancement for proliferative phase and secretory phase.

Use the smallest amounts needed of hops or thistle to reduce menstruation. Menstruation should normally be light. Every once in a while, menstruation should be moderate enough to clear the tract, but additional heavy menstruation should be avoided.

Black cohosh is optional. Panax ginseng is optional for proliferative phase. Primrose is beneficial for proliferative phase, but not required.

Despite being an adaptogen, Panax ginseng was removed for menstruation, and premenstrual phases. Use the smallest amounts of hops, thistle or clover needed to reduce menstruation. Menstruation should normally be light. Every once in a while, menstruation should be moderate enough to clear the tract, but additional heavy menstruation should be avoided.

Improvements to 'Endocrinology', 'LH, FSH and Androgens', and to 'Herb Schedule'.

Super Bazongas - updated herb suggestions

Despite being an adaptogen, Panax ginseng is best avoided for menstruation, and premenstrual phases. Use the smallest amounts of hops, thistle or clover needed to reduce menstruation. Menstruation should normally be light. Every once in a while, menstruation should be moderate enough to clear the tract, but additional heavy menstruation should be avoided.

During secretory phase, use ginseng less often. For proliferative phase, take 1 part fennel, a minimal amount of lavender and a minimal amount of ginseng per day.

Super Bazongas - updated herb suggestion

For proliferative phase, take a minimal amount of lavender, fennel and ginseng per day.

Super Bazongas: June 7, 2018 update

Androgen production by theca cells and estrogen production by granulosa cells are equally important for ovarian health. ERα, ERβ, aromatase enzymes and progesterone receptors should remain sensitized.

Schedule begins at proliferative phase, instead of menstruation. Herb schedule has been simplified including for responsive use. Clover has been removed from herb schedule. First dose of vitex for secretory phase is optional, but vitex is still needed as a response to signs of increased prolactin. Adjusted herbs in response to vitex's effects. Made adjustments with use of Panax ginseng. Removed mention of Chinese sage.

If any herb proportion doesn't cause positive results within 30 minutes, that proportion will no longer work. If negative symptoms occur on a previous dose that was successful, then that dose will no longer be beneficial.

Super Bazongas - updated herb suggestions

Vitex for the first dose of secretory phase is optional. Vitex use requires periodic use of hops and fenugreek, less than 500mg at a time, to maintain growth. Add a minimal amount of Panax ginseng to each use of hops and fenugreek. Still, use vitex as a response to increased prolactin during secretory phase only.

Suggestion to add a minimal amount of Panax ginseng for menstruation phase.

A minimal amount of mint should be enough in proportion to a minimal amount each of hops and wild yam to cause growth during menstruation. If not, add a minimal amount of fenugreek. Signs of androgens indicate there is plenty of mint. If androgen symptoms are too high, a minimal amount of hops and fennel can be added. This suggestion for menstruation is largely accounted for in the existing herb schedule.

Super Bazongas: May 17, 2018 update

Fenugreek is in higher proportion than other herbs. Removed saw palmetto, flax, clover, peony and corn from primary herb schedule. Added information about aromatase and androgens. Schizandra and Panax ginseng will be added for their role in sensitizing estrogen receptors and for increasing estrogen. Salvia miltiorrhiza (red sage, Chinese sage) wasn't added yet, but it may replace Schizandra chinensis or Panax ginseng. Lowered maximum amount of herb per day to use to 2,000mg. Simplified herb schedule.

If any herb proportion doesn't cause positive results within 30 minutes, that proportion will no longer work. If negative symptoms occur on a previous dose that was successful, then that dose will no longer be beneficial.

Herb schedule from April focused on progesterone levels to androgen levels, and not enough on estrogen sensitivity for responsive herb use.

Herb schedule updates

Removing saw palmetto, corn and flaxseed from herb schedule. Considering removing clover from schedule. Peony use is optional. Saw palmetto (Serenoa) should work immediately, but unsure of its longterm effects on aromatase capacity. Corn (Zea) herbs desensitize aromatase capacity in large amounts, and have neglible effects on aromatase capacity in small amounts. In large amounts, estrogenic lignans from flax (Linum) desensitize aromatase capacity. Unsure of effects of flaxseed used in miniscule amounts. In cases of low bodily estrogen, don't use clover. Hops (Humulus) is a replacement. In any case, don't use more than a peasized amount of saw palmetto, flax, corn, or clover per day.

Super Bazongas - update

Herb schedule is for menstruation and the first week of luteal phase only. This update is not reflected in the ebook yet. For the rest of the days, take a break, or limit the amounts listed for that time to sporadically. The latest update on the ebook was on June 24, 2017.

Super Bazongas - update

Information has been updated on premenstrual syndrome, and the herb schedule reflects that.

Super Bazongas ebook

The latest ebook is out. Technically a prerelease, but has accurate information. This edition should be the most effective for breast enlargement. There is new information on hormone safety.

Botanical Breast Enhancement 4th Edition

The latest ebook is out. There are major improvements to the herb schedule, and minor improvements elsewhere.

Third edition of ebook

3rd edition. Minor changes in first chapters of ebook. Last chapter, especially the schedule, has major changes. Schedule remains mostly the same, but proportions on LH herbs and FSH herbs changed. I overestimated the effects of LH herbs and FSH herbs compared to prolactin herbs. Past programs were successful, because they used Pueraria. I tried to substitute this herb: while the herb timing was accurate, their proportions during menstruation needed adjustment.

Corrections on past ebook (pre)releases

In the schedule of the 2nd edition, the timing of the herb suggestions was accurate, but the proportions needed work. I overestimated mint's value, so I suggested less of it, compared to a prolactin herb. That correction is made.

A past version, released before , said if there are symptoms of too much androgens, to take aromatase herbs. It should have been to also take aromatase, prolactin and progestogen herbs. As was written in the ebook, hormone imbalances are a health risk. However, I want to caution self-diagnosis, so I rewrote that section. Please take note.

eBook 2nd edition

Second edition of 'Botanical Breast Enhancement' was available.

eBook released

The release version of Botanical Breast Enhancement was made available today.

Correction on ebook prerelease

A past version said if there are symptoms of too much androgens, to take aromatase herbs. It should have been to take aromatase, prolactin and progestogen herbs, in equal parts. As was written in the prerelease ebook, hormone imbalances are a health risk. However, I want to caution self-diagnosis, so I rewrote that section. Please take note.

Super Bazongas update

Herb schedule update for Super Bazongas: for secretory phase, wild yam should be 1/4 part, instead of 3 parts.

Herb schedule update - January 10, 2018

For secretory phase, the amount of vitex should be lowered. The amount of vitex in the herb schedule works temporarily, but then it continues to lower prolactin, and eventually other hormones.

Herb schedule update - January 07, 2018

In the ebook is written, "between menstruation and proliferative phase, once, take 1 part total of any combination of: ginger, green tea and tumeric." This was intentional to increase insulin sensitivity and to help prevent insulin related cancers. The correction is to take 1/4 parts of these combined herbs, according to the base amount specified in the ebook. These herbs will cause temporary shrinkage, so they should be used in the smallest amounts. The smallest amounts of these herbs should also improve herb responses during other phases of the menstrual cycle.
