Entry from November 2022

I just started a program and hope it goes well. I'm using fenugreek, maca. Here are my starting pictures, I'm a B cup and I want to be a little bigger. I'm doing a great deal of massage. I'm going to post another comment in a month or so when I start growing some more. The pics are from 2 days after starting.

nonmenses

Updated non-menses chart/schedule

Updated non-menses herb schedule in chart and schedule. Updates from journal were put here. Some simplifications were made to this herb schedule, based on hotness of armpits/breasts/forehead and hips rather than warmth/coolness. Still need to see if this can be further simplified for hot temperature for proliferative and luteal phases.

OMEMO encryption for Signal and XMPP/Jabber

Privacy of messages can only be ensured with OMEMO or an alternative end to end encryption technology. These only ensure privacy of messages, but not who's communicating with who, however, this later part isn't an issue in freer societies. Unfortunately, some contries have made it not legal to use encrypted communication services. XMPP/Jabber has its own technology of OMEMO which it borrowed from Signal. OMEMO comes with Signal by default, and doesn't require setting up. Using OMEMO with XMPP/Jabber is more complicated, and may require setting up or ensuring that it's available. There may be interoperability incompatibility by using OMEMO with different XMPP applications and providers. XMPP and its dependenices may need to be upgraded for this feature to continue functioning. Depending on if Websockets is also being used, the wss protocol (ws with the additional s for secure, or WebSockets with https) is important for intended security from the server to the Websocket's point (usually at the same location as the XMPP server) and to the client. There are other technologies for use with XMPP and other services which allow for end to end encryption. OpenPGP is an alternative technology, but it's difficult to set up, and other alternative technologies are obsolete or not popular. (This single entry is public domain.)

XMPP/Jabber for mobile and Internet communication

XMPP/Jabber is an open source standard for texting and communicating. It may be difficult to use, but it can be customized and has different providers for accounts and client applications. Many XMPP services are free or cheap to use. There are certain extentions for XMPP to work well on unreliable and low bandwith networks, including for use with WebSockets which is a technology that allows XMPP to work on webbrowsers. To see that Websockets is intended to be secure, see that it has the wss:// (the additional s) or https:// in its web address. XMPP with an encryption protocol may be a secure replacement for certain functions of email. XMPP works from the computer, to the server on one end, directly to the server on the other end, to the client. A benefit of XMPP, is that the account is difficult to spoof, as the hosts are which has to be verified, and they're the stewards of user accounts registered to them. Email has more contact points, and may not be secure if you're not a technological professional. It's important to use an XMPP host in a free country which is located geographically relatively close to your area, especially in places with unreliable Internet availability. Be sure you're using a legitimate host and client. A low cost mobile application which is made for spotty Internet networks is available at conversations.im. It also has a free service to check the features of XMPP hosts. The mobile application can be used with its account hosting or with a free XMPP account provider. For reference, many private services use XMPP as an underlying technology, including Whatsapp. A service to check the reliability of a XMPP host is https://www.xmpp.net/. There's another important entry on privacy of XMPP and Signal through use of OMEMO. (This single entry is public domain.)

Signal for secure mobile communication

Signal is useful for casual communication with those you would share your phone number with, and it allows free long distance calling. It's secure by default, by use of the OMEMO encryption protocol, and Signal is basically a secure replacement for SMS messaging. A disadvantage is that it may not alert your mobile phone in real time, if the application isn't open, but otherwise, it's highly reliable. Another disadvantage of Signal is that it's easy for some contries to block. There's another important entry on privacy of Signal through use of OMEMO. XMPP is a different service and technology that is an opensource standard which uses a different version of OMEMO, and it has slightly different purposes for use. Books on Internet and Women's safety

For this important topic, I'll defer to find books on Internet and Women's safety...

Anon10

Anon10

Anon10 has breast swelling during premenstrual. There's an increase in size, however it's not certain how much is due to temporarily growth or swelling. Every time swelling occurs, shrinkage occurs afterwards, but the hope is that more is gained than is lost. Usually shrinkage or a reduction due to swelling being gone occurs by the middle of next menses. Her breast shape has changed in the past 2 days of this entry to have more undercleavage, but the overbust measurement stayed about the same. The herb schedule recommendations are causing different effects than they do than for the rest of the herb schedule, but the consistent parts are to slowly lower swelling.

Anon10

Non-menses herb schedule

The nonmenses program (named as "simplified") is based on symptoms, especially of swelling or above average warmth of armpits. Armpit warmth can be checked for at any time that acne, breast tingling, headache or premenstural signs occur. Also, this program relies on three primary types of ingredients: sunflower, sesame and a primarily progestin. There's a few proven substitutes for sunflower. There are other herbs, but they're optional and they are limited to different symptoms during luteal phase. In this regard, I thought that this herb schedule was simplified in my mind. It turns out, that this becomes a little more complicated than I anticipated. In retrospect, this is the non-menses herb schedule, but is named "simplified". In the future, it will be renamed to nonmenses.

Anon10

Anon10

Growth from a B to C cup. There's swelling in the latest images, which this needs to be lowered before causing more growth.

Anon09: August update

Growth of overbust to 45" from 43".

Hormone balance over 45 years of age

This program is primarily for hormone balance for potential symptoms like hot-flashes, hormone related headaches and cramps for those over 45 years of age. It's for health. There's also situations where outward body appearance is important for those for those who've had, needed or wanted reconstructive surgery. I believe it's possible for breast growth for those over 45 years of age.

Anon09

Anon09

She started off as a large size. There has been some progress already in the first week. She had an 1" increase in overbust so far.

Simplified herb schedule

This herb schedule took the latest updates from the journal and further work, to use common combinations between proliferative and luteal phase, for different symptoms. An important update, was to lower swelling, though the amount still needed to be improved for a while. The most important update, was to improve upon this, and document swelling so the herb schedule can be continued with. The amounts of sunflower seeds to be used has also been improved. The amounts of seeds used have been adjusted, so that there's less fluctuations. There's still some variations for occurence of acne between proliferative phase and luteal phase.

About swelling and herb programs

In these herb programs, the problem was swelling. As of last year, the herb schedule reduced swelling before a phytoprogestin combination was taken. Anon05 made some progress last year during proliferative phase when there wasn't swelling. Two hirsutism programs made progress in hip growth when there wasn't swelling as well, and for one there was noticeable breast growth. In the past few months, and more recently, swelling was addressed again. Swelling and bloating weren't fully identified, as there's now a page on it in the Appendix section. Now the herb schedule will reduce the occurence of swelling and bloating, as the updates have already been incorporated into a few current programs.

Recent successes

For two hirsutism programs, hip size has increased. For one of those, her bra fits tighter on her, and for the other program, she still has nipple swelling. There's a new program for Anon09, where her breasts started off large. She's gained an inch in overbust already. The adjustments for the herb schedule have been documented in the journal and in the program pages, however, they'll soon be in the main herb schedule.

Programs journal

This journal is so quick updates can be made, and the individual programs can be updated with it later. The summaries can be seen from the programs page. Part of this feed contains older entries about the herb schedule and programs from the main blog.

Walnut: Juglans

Seeing about walnut as a partial replacement for saw palmetto, wild yam, olive oil and coconut oil. It contains: phytoprogestins, phytoestrogens and lignans. During luteal phase, it is working as a progestin substitute of saw palmetto, wild yam olive oil or coconut oil. It appears to have lignan effects like sunflower, rather than sesame. The amount of sunflower used with walnut may have to be adjusted or lowered. (Reference: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7858255/)

Sunflower amounts

While a consistent amount of sunflower works for more people during proliferative phase, the amounts for luteal may need to be adjusted, depending on person. For proliferative phase, when there's swelling, 20 sunflower seeds at a time works consistently. This amount may be lowered to 15 sunflower seeds at a time. However, during luteal, 20 sunflower seeds when there's swelling doesn't work consistently for everyone. For luteal phase, the amount has to be lowered. If a dose with sesame is being used, then, that amount has to be about proportionally lowered too.

Lowering sesame

5 sesame may work more slowly than 10 sesame seeds, but it may be a better amount to use with the recommended other herbs for proliferative or luteal, when there's specific signs. Signs of basic breast and hip temperature can be checked for more easily. Less sesame may provide better progestin balance, and less conflicting balance of estrogen receptors between ER-alpha and ER-beta. Now, the first sign to look for isn't immediate breast growth. There's indicating signs which mean to check breasts and hips for warmness or coolness. The herb combinations which include sunflower and sesame are like a reset of hormone balance for the phases, when applicable. This is working so far for luteal, but it needs to be confirmed for proliferative.

State of herb schedule

The herb schedule for menses works for its purposes of normalizing menstruation. Proliferative phase works well, and is consistent for more people. The herb schedules for menses and proliferative are simplified and improved. Luteal phase still needs work. If you have a hormone imbalance, the schedule for luteal isn't ready. Use only the parts of the schedule for luteal, which you know work well for you.

picture of palm tree with fruit

Arecaceae: palms, true

Coconut oil and saw palmetto have successfully been used in herbal breast enhancement. These and other palm fruits have betasitosterols, which are phytoprogestins. They generally also contain small amounts of flavonoids, which are estrogens. Listed are aguaje, coconut, date, saw palmetto, pindo and other palm fruits. Some information on climate regions these grow in is available. (Image attribution: Tony Alter, CC BY 2.0)

Luteal: variant herb schedules

There will be variant herb programs for luteal phase, that vary more than by herb substitutes. The most basic herb schedule will be similar to that of for proliferative phase. It will be limited to depending when they're called for: fenugreek, sunflower, sesame and substitutes of these. This will be used to focus on balanced estrogen response, while just maintaining progestin for the phase. This one is recommended for those with a history of hormone imbalances. Other variants of the herb schedule for luteal will look at using sesame more often and hops. Another variant which will be looked at is adding more phytoprogestin herbs. Other variants like using minimal clover or thistles will be focused on at a future time, and these will be used for those who really want to use these. Minimal fennel seed use will be somewhere between this. For all variants of luteal, sunflower or a substitute will gradually be used to lower any bodily swelling and create a balanced estrogen response.

Proliferative: breast warmth and sesame

When there's breast tingling, feel upper body of breasts, forehead and armpits if they're warm. If they're warm, the theory is to take 20 sunflower seed and 10 sesame seed once. This may not be needed, because attempting to correct acne often covers this. The need for sesame is also reduced due to balanced hormones which reduce the occurrence of acne and breast warmth. Use of sesame applies to luteal too, however with a slightly more complex herb schedule. Sesame is limited to 10 seeds and always needs 20 sunflower seeds, whenever it's used for proliferative and luteal.

Menses herb schedule simplified

The herb program for menses was simplified and improved. This phase no longer has a different recommendation for the start of the phase and for the rest of the phase. It goes by signs now, of if there's heavy menses or brown spotting, to reduce these any time they are present. There's other signs that occur, but the theories for those aren't as tested.

Proliferative phase June 2022 update

The herb schedule for proliferative phase has been updated. This is more consistent. For those with swelling/puffiness or bloating, these symptoms have been reduced. Also, body hair has lessened more consistently for those who have it. Please leave a response if you want to tell that this works for you.

Proliferative phase update

Some have a common occurence of areola/nipple puffiness and swelling. Improvements need to be made to the herb schedule to compensate for this. These will be about the amount of sunflower seed at a time, and about simplified timing based on signs. For simplifying the proliferative phase herb schedule for when there's swelling, the suggestion is eat up to 35 sunflower seeds at once, but afterwards, no more than 20 sunflower seeds in an hour until puffiness/swelling goes away or until hip growth occurs. Then, for those who breast puffiness or swelling is a common occurence, to continue by taking 10 to 20 sunflower seeds at a time (no more often than once an hour) until breast growth occurs. After this, the herb schedule can be reverted to.

Luteal: amounts and proportions to use

For luteal, no more than 1/2 handful of sunflower should be taken at a time. When sesame is used, the amount can be increased. When to take these amounts of sunflower depends on when there's swelling or if it's used with fenugreek. For shatavari use, the amount of sunflower may have to be lower. In this theory, sunflower amounts will be lowered when used with either shatavari or fenugreek. When there's swelling/bloating, sunflower seed can remain at up to 1/2 handful hours apart, though a lower and determined amount will be suggested of 30 sunflower seeds. Sesame seed may be used, but the amount may be lowered to 3 to 5 seeds for this phase only. Sesame can be omitted when fenugreek is used. Unsure if it should be ommitted when shatavari is used.

Sesame seed use

Sesame is suggested only at times for when there's acne, and perhaps for certain conditions during luteal. Its use always requires a varying but limited amount up to 1/2 handful of sunflower seed. For proliferative or menses, the purpose would be to only to reduce acne, then revert to the rest of the herb schedule. During luteal phase, fenugreek use reduces acne during its occurence. When minimal sesame seed is used during luteal, there seems to be tolerance for more sunflower at a time that can be used during that phase, when used with 1 fenugreek seed. However, it's uncertain if this is balanced growth made possible because of the presence of progesterone production during luteal, or if using sesame causes reduced effects of estrogen. The amount of sesame to use for proliferative when there's acne, will remain at about 10 seeds, as this amount may be required to provide the right amount of balanced response. For menses and when there's acne, uncertain whether to decrease the amount of sesame seed to 3 to 5 seeds or leave them to about 10 seeds.

Breast massage, about

Gentle breast massage seems to lower estrogenic response, and keep androgenic response present when used during menses and proliferative phases. Breast massage can be used during menses to help lower heavy menses and cramps. For proliferative phase, when unwanted excess estrogenic signs or arousal become present, use the herb schedule. If the herbs needed aren't available for proliferative, gentle breast massage can be resorted to for purposes of decreasing excess arousal and for lowering cramps. Gentle breast massage can be used during luteal phase, because during this phase the body is more capable of balancing hormones.

Dandelion

Dandelion refers to species within the genus of Taraxacum of the Aster family. A few species of dandelion are referred to with the synonym of Leontodon for the genus of Taraxacum. Taraxacum Officinale goes by common dandelion, lion's tooth, blowball, faceclock, Taraxacum dens-leonis and Leontodon officinale. Taraxacum formosanum has species synonyms of: T. mongolicum and T. platycarpum. Phytoprogestins and phytoestrogens are common within the roots of dandelion. Unsure about the presense of lignans, but it likely has these too. For hormone balance, the root of dandelion can likely can be used during early luteal phase in place of thistles, with other herbs used around it. (ref: https://www.plantnames.unimelb.edu.au/Sorting/Taraxacum.html)

Aster family

Plants of the Aster (Asteraceae) family include: sunflower, various thistles, artichoke, chamomile, dandelion. Several species within this family are used for detoxification purposes. Lignans are common of plants within this family. Thistle of the genus Silybum contains molecules which contain a phytoestrogen linked to a lignan; anecdotally, thistles has an effect like a phytoestrogen. Other thistles are expected to behave the same. Other plants of the Aster family can't be used interchangeably for hormone balance, without knowing their specific phytohormone properties. Sunflower has lignans and no or negligble presence of phytoprogestins nor phytoestrogens.

Sunflower seed use

Sunflower amounts shouldn't exceed 1/2 handful at a time for proliferative and menses. Under normal circumstances, sunflower shouldn't exceed 1/2 handful for luteal either. Sunflower amounts will stay at 1/2 handful for luteal anyway, for a more consistent herb schedule, and to focus on limiting swelling/bloating with other adjustments that otherwise allow more sunflower to be used. For menses, only 1 sunflower seed at a time is suggested. For other phases, specific amounts are needed based on signs.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C supplements up to 750mg can be taken about daily (Tolerable Upper Intake Limit is 1,200mg). Tablets of larger amounts can be split into smaller pieces. Vitamin C is the only vitamin recommended to be taken daily, in large part, because it's water soluble, isn't metabolic, and doesn't have the problems of synthetic vitamins. Vitamin C is good for reducing bloating and protecting from oxidative stress. While vitamin C works better with Vitamin E, it's better to get Vitamin E from foods. For B vitamins, except vitamin B12, eat potatoes. The nutritional content of potatoes counters the metabolic properties of its B vitamins. Vitamin B12 comes from dairy, eggs, meat or supplements.

Hirsutism topic

Hirsutism05 is the current hirsutism program. Hirsutism programs 1 through 4 are archival. There are a few current offline programs: for most, hirsutism has lowered. For one person, inverted nipple was also corrected.

picture of akpi

Akpi: Ricinodendron heudelotii

Akpi, Ricinodendron heudelotii, is a tree from tropical forested regions of Africa. It also goes by African oil-nut tree and localized names of Djansang, Njansang, Okwe, Bomoko, Erimado and Betratra. The fruit has to be processed to extract the edible kernels from it. The seed and bark have anti-inflamatory properties, which suggest it may possibly contain lignans. The bark of akpi is also used for folk purposes for fertility. Ricinodendron contains flavonoids, which are phytoestrogens. There was no data available on potential phytoprogestin and lignan properties of apki. Akpi has nutritional value as a food and it is used in some beauty products with other ingredients. Breast swelling/puffiness and bloating

Breast swelling and puffiness, and bodily bloating isn't real growth. It's associated with corticosteriod hormones that break down tissue. Often, after there's breast swelling or puffiness, a shrinkage will occur. Vitamin C supplements, drinking half a cup of water and varying sunflower seed can be used to help preserve gains and to reduce the amount of potential shrinkage. The amount of sunflower up to use, up to 1/2 handful per several hours, varies by phase. Also, avoid phyto-progestins and phyto-estrogens when there's swelling or bloating.

Multicooker

This portable kitchen appliance takes the functions of rice-cooker, slow cooker, saute, cake baker and other functions. It's convenient, that it automatically goes to the warm setting when cooking is complete. The image isn't of a pressure cooker, as those can easily be dangerous.

Proliferative herb schedule improved

The herb schedule for proliferative phase has been simplified and nearly perfected. Uses are based on the first dose, then when are based on symptoms, and for when there's no signs. There's a necessary adjustment based on if there's breast swelling or bloating at the beginning of this phase. Results from this herb schedule are expected to be consistent. This updated herb schedule also reduced hirsutism symptoms for a few women without noticeable negative effects. It has also improved inverted nipple for one person, so far.

picture of aguaje fruit

Aguaje: Mauritia flexuosa

Aguaje, also known as buriti, is a fruit from the palm tree of Mauritia flexuosa. This palm is native to tropic regions of South America. Buriti has a reputation for use for causing butt growth. Available data on constituents, and anectodal evidence of Mauritia will be blogged about here. Aguaje contains phytoprogestins: stigmasterol, betasitosterol and campesterol. It also contains flavonoids which are phytoestrogens. Mauritia's anti-inflamatory actions suggest it may contain lignans that upregulate the effects of estrogens on ER-beta, and that can upregulate the effects of androgens. However, there's nothing available on lignan content on aguaje. There's uncertainty about the ratio of potencies of these phytohormones in buriti. Aguaje also contains fatty acids, primarily: oleic acid and palmitic acid. Mauritia would likely be used in the herb schedule like saw palmetto, coconut oil and olive oil, or like fenugreek. It can be tried when there's acne during luteal phase for hip and bust growth. When there's swelling, puffiness or bloating, buriti may be counterproductive for hormone balance. Aguaje, like other herbs, seeds and fruits, may contain an initial hormone response, then an afterwards response, as the body interacts with the change of hormones from when the herb was taken.
